1. ACCEPTANCE

By installing and using Budget Manager you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. PERMITTED USE

You may use Budget Manager solely for lawful internal financial planning, budgeting, and management activities. You are responsible for ensuring that all users who access the software under your account also comply with these Terms.

3. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use Budget Manager to:

  • a) process, store, or transmit data in violation of applicable laws, including data-protection and privacy regulations;
  • b) gain unauthorized access to any computer system, network, or database;
  • c) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
  • d) distribute, upload, or store malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • e) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • f) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or licensing mechanisms.

4. DATA RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter, manage, or export using Budget Manager. The licensor assumes no responsibility for your data or for decisions made based on the software's output.

5. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

The calculations, projections, and reports generated by Budget Manager are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You must independently verify all outputs before relying on them for any commercial or legal decision.

6. UPDATES AND CHANGES

The licensor reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Budget Manager at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the software following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Budget Manager may include open-source components subject to their own licenses. No warranties are extended to such components beyond what those licenses provide.
