How to Request a Refund

  • Order number or transaction ID (from your purchase confirmation)
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Optional: reason for the refund

We will process your request within 3 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your purchase.

Exceptions

A refund cannot be issued if:

  • the 14-day period from the purchase date has expired
  • the licence has already been activated on more than one device
